MilkOps Gate — SMS Terms & Opt-In

What these messages are
MilkOps Gate sends transactional arrival alerts to dairy farms. When a visitor or milk hauler checks in at a dairy’s gate using MilkOps Gate, the dairy’s owners and managers receive an SMS notifying them of the arrival (and, for haulers, their compliance status). These are operational notifications, not marketing.
How you consent (opt-in)
Recipients are staff of a dairy. A dairy administrator adds a recipient’s mobile number in MilkOps → Settings → Arrival Alerts, and by doing so confirms that the recipient has agreed to receive these text messages. You are not enrolled unless your dairy administrator adds your number with your consent.
Message frequency
Frequency varies — you receive a message each time a visitor or hauler checks in at your dairy.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MilkOps does not charge recipients for these texts.
Opt-out & help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving arrival alerts at any time; you’ll get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask your dairy administrator to remove your number in Settings → Arrival Alerts.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used solely to deliver arrival alerts for your dairy. We do not sell or share recipient phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
